This form can help you regain access to your account or domain(s) if one of these situations has occurred:

Account Access
You have lost access to the primary email address or phone number on your account.
Domain Access

You are listed as the Registrant on one or more domains, but do not have access to the account that contains the domain(s).

If you're stuck on the "Verify it's you" screen:

Sign in to your account with your username and password. When you reach the "Verify it's you" screen, select "Recover your Account" and follow the prompts to remove your verification methods
